29 CFR 1910.1000(d)(2)(i): An employee was exposed to methylene chloride and methanol listed in 1910 Subpart Z in excess of the cumulative exposure limit. a) CTH Ventures LLC., 33 S Mann Ave., Yeagertown, PA 17099 - On or about July 12, 2023, an employee was exposed to methylene chloride and methanol in excess of the cumulative exposure limit. The employee was stripping paint from a bathtub using the T21 Industrial Paint Remover. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
