29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed: A.) Microtech Knives, Inc., 300 Chestnut Street Ext., Bradford, PA 16701, on or about November 25, 2019 and times prior thereto: Authorized employees perform service and maintenance activities on equipment including, but not limited to, a milling machine backwash pump. The employer conducts, but does not certify, periodic inspections of their energy control procedures. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
