29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): The driver did not keep a clear view of the path of travel: On or about 09/18/2019 at 1800 SW 34th Street, Fort Lauderdale FL 33315, Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while the forklift operator was towing a baggage cart of approximately 5ft high, and this load was blocking the view of the path travel.
