29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3): Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity: a. On or about, May 25, 2018, at the north wall of Building 1000, Unit 1217, two employees used a carpenter's bracket scaffold that was not inspected by a competent person, had visible defects and exposed two employees to tripping and caught-in hazards.
