29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the the physical, health, simple asphyxiation, combustible dust, and pyrophoric gas hazards, as well as hazards not otherwise classified, of the chemicals in the work area: On or about June 30, 2017 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not train employees who are exposed to hazardous chemicals on the physical and health hazards associated with the following chemicals used in the work area: (a) Slide Mold Shield Rust Prevention; (b) TPO TPE 025.000:1 HL1 LT Forest Beige; (c) EZPrene 9000 & 9500 series; (d) Zytel 478; (e) Vydyne 21SPF; (f) Marlex and Marflex polyethylenes (all grades except CL, L and Masterbatch Series); (g) Pro-Fax SB891; (h) Toray Amilan Nylon Resin; (i) Isopropyl Alcohol; (j) Super Agitene
