29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3): Complete inspections of the crane was not being performed at intervals as generally defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(b) of this section: Employee(s) using the gantry crane at station 1 in the production line were exposed to physical injuries due to no periodic inspection being performed on the gantry crane. The gantry crane was used to lift all purpose vehicle frames including axles and tires that weigh approximately 4,104 pounds.
