29 CFR 1910.30(b)(1): The employer did not train each employee on or before May 17, 2017 in the proper care, inspection, storage, and use of equipment covered by this subpart before an employee uses the equipment. a) On or about 01/25/2024, throughout the store and back storage/breakroom area; employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to 8 feet when the employer did not ensure employees were trained on how to inspect: a Blue Werner 8ft type I fiberglass step ladder model #6008 (1), a Green Werner 8ft step ladder (1), and a Yellow 6ft A-frame step ladder (1). ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
