29 CFR 1910.213(c)(2): Hand-fed circular ripsaw(s) were not furnished with a spreader to prevent material from squeezing the saw or being thrown back on the operator: (a) Cheyenne Mountain Resort, A Dolce by Wyndham: On or before 1/24/22, the employer did not protect employees from injury in that the Delta Unisaw10" table saw had a missing spreader. This condition exposed employees to kickback hazards.
