9 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter were not effectively closed: The employer is failing to ensure that all employees are not exposed to electrical shock hazards. This was most recently documented at 1717 Center Park Road, Lincoln, Nebraska on January 13, 2022 when employees were found to be working near exposed energized electrical wiring in the Molding Department.
