29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B) Each affected employee shall be instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure. (a) On or about August 5, 2021, at the worksite located at 9009 N 51st Street, Suite A, Brown Deer, Wisconsin, for equipment such as, but not limited to, the # 1 and # 2 Barrington Packaging Systems salt packaging machines, the employer did not ensure all workers received adequate training for the control of hazardous energy, thereby exposing workers to struck-by hazards, electrical hazards and thermal hazards.
