29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Each affected employee was not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure. a) Rigid Ply Rafters- The employer did not ensure affected employees who conduct work in area where service and maintenance operations are conducted were instructed on the purpose and use the of the energy control procedures, on or about April 16, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
