29 CFR 1910.178(m)(2):No person shall be allowed to stand or pass under the elevated portion of any truck, whether loaded or empty. On or about May 3, 2021, employees were allowed to stand under the elevated forks for the Mitsubishi model FGC70K forklift while it was loaded with granite slabs to guide the slabs on the forklift's path of travel while moving to different locations within the warehouse
