29 CFR 1910.213(c)(3): Handfed ripsaw(s) were not provided with non kickback fingers or dogs so located as to oppose the thrust or tendency of the saw to pick up the material or to throw it back toward the operator: a) Innovations Manufacturing, Inc., at 4555 Grape Street, Denver, CO 80216: On and before April 7, 2021, the employer did not ensure that non-kickback fingers were installed on the 10-inch Tilting Arbor Saw. Employees used the saw to cut wood used in packaging. This condition exposed employees to struck-by, laceration, and amputation hazards.
