29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: (a) Jobsite, front side of existing 1-story commercial building: On or about 2/26/2021, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 13.5 feet as he descended an aluminum extension ladder, while using his right hand to carry multiple tools over his right shoulder.
