29 CFR 1926.1060(a):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards: On or about January 28, 2021, on site of a residential structure located at 15064 SW 144th Place in Miami, Florida, employees were exposed to fall hazards when carrying rolls of versa shield and 30 pound felt paper up an extension ladder prior to being provided a training program that would enable them to recognize the hazards associated with ladders.
