29 CFR 1910.30(a)(3): The employer did not train each employee in at least the following topics listed in 1910.30(a)(3)(i)-(iv): (a) 319 Lockheed Street, Pueblo CO 81001: On or about January 8, 2021, and at times prior, the employer did not provide training on the following topics: the nature of the fall hazards in the work area and how to recognize them; the procedures to be followed to minimize those hazards; and the correct procedures for installing, inspecting, operating, maintaining, and disassembling the personal fall protection systems that the employee uses.
