29 CFR 1910.213(c)(2):Hand-fed circular ripsaw(s) were not furnished with a spreader to prevent material from squeezing the saw or being thrown back on the operator. On or about December 15, 2020, and at time prior thereto, employees used Jet Table Saw located in the Wood Mill to cut pieces of wood without the use of a spreader, exposing the employees to an amputation hazard from being struck by the rotating blade upon binding of the cut pieces of wood.
