29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(i): The end of a platform 10 feet or less in length, extended over its support more than 12 inches: On or about 6/11/2020, at jobsite located at 9500 SW 61st Ct, Pinecrest, FL 33156, an employee worked from a scaffold platform which extended over 56" over its support, which exposed employee to a fall hazard of 5' and 18' approximately to residence balcony floor and ground level, respectively.
