29 CFR 1910.178(m)(7): Brakes were not set and wheel blocks were not in place to prevent movement of trucks, trailers, or railroad cars while loading or unloading: On or about 09/18/2019 at 1800 SW 34th Street, Fort Lauderdale FL 33315, At least one employee was exposed to struck-by hazards while the forklift operator was towing a baggage cart and it got disengaged from the forklift and the baggage cart brakes were not set to prevent movement.
