29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed: (a) Prime Coater Room: On July 17, 2019 and times prior, the employer did not conduct an annual periodic inspection between an inspector and authorized employee to ensure that the employee(s) followed the energy control procedures for the coil coater has multiple energy sources, 460 volt electrical and 80 psi pneumatic pressure.
