29 CFR 1910.107(d)(12): Freshly sprayed articles were dried only in spaces not provided with adequate ventilation to prevent the formation of explosive vapors: On April 27, 2019 at the worksite located at 1016 Progress Street, Mount Vernon, Missouri 65712, employees were exposed to serious fire and explosion hazards. The freshly sprayed tank was left to dry in a space which was not provided with adequate ventilation to prevent the formation of explosive vapors.
