29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): The employer is failing to conduct a hazard assessment exposing employees to knife wound hazards associated with removal of flashing from formed plastic pallets. This was most recently documented on or about 03/09/2018, CABKA North America Inc., located at 123 Byassee Drive, Hazelwood, MO. The employer did not properly assess the workplace for hazards requiring employees to be provided with personal protective equipment.
