29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertain to their respective job assignments: Instances including, but not limited to, the following: a) Job site, 607 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about October 1, 2017, during work activities on building electrical systems, the employer did not ensure that appropriate electrical safety training was conducted in that an employee worked on building electrical systems without proper training and did not render circuits inoperative, such as with a lock applied to a circuit breaker.
