29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed: a) Andersen's Sales & Salvage, Inc. 1490 E. 8th Street, Greeley, CO 80631: On and before October 12, 2017 the employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed. The employer operated machines with multiple energy sources such as, but not limited to, the MegaShredder model 88x112 M-Series hammer mill, and several cranes. The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed. This condition resulted in exposure to rotating parts, ingoing nip points, and amputation hazards.
