29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was to be performed near overhead lines, the lines were not deenergized and grounded, nor were other protective measures provided before work was started: a) 4449 Academy Street, Acworth GA: On or about May 20, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards, in that an arborist was allowed to climb, trim and cut trees, near overhead power lines of 7.2 kV that had not been deenergized and grounded or other protective measures such as isolating were not utilized.
