29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: (a) Cheyenne Mountain Resort, A Dolce by Wyndham: On or before 1/24/22, the employer did not protect employees from injury in that the Delta Unisaw 10" table saw had a broken self-adjusting guard. This condition exposed employees to laceration and amputation hazards.
