29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: a) Rigidply Rafters - The employer did not ensure that authorized employees received training to ensure employee had the knowledge and skills needed for the safe application, usage, and removal of energy control on equipment , exposing employees to electrical hazards on or about April 16, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
