29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1):Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: A) South Center area of shop, on or about May 26, 2021, and or times prior to, a Delta table saws did not have a self-adjusting hood guard over the top of the saw blade, thereby exposing employee to laceration and amputation hazards.
