29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) On or about May 19, 2021 - Drilling station in plant, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when there was no machine specific lockout/tagout procedure for the drilling station that had more than one energy source. (b) On or about May 19, 2021 - Drilling station in plant, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when lockout/tagout was not performed by employees who cleaned around/back of the drilling station.
