29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22):Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: On or about January 28, 2021, on the east exterior elevation of a residential structure located at 15064 SW 144th Place in Miami, Florida, employees were exposed to a fall hazard when carrying rolls of versa shield and 30 pound felt paper up an extension ladder to be installed on the roof.
