29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut. On or about December 15, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees used a Jet Table Saw to cut pieces of wood without the use of a blade guard, exposing the employees to an amputation hazard from being struck by the rotating blade.
