29 CFR 1910.269(l)(8)(i): The employer did not assess the workplace to identify employees exposed to hazards from flames or from electric arcs. At a site located at 1314 FM 1768, Olney, Texas; the employer did perform an assessment of the 690-volt power distribution panel box to establish potential hazards prior to assigning employees to work on it. The employees were expose to arc flash hazards.
