29 CFR 1926.960(c)(1)(iii)(A): Employees were not insulated from energized parts through the use of rubber insulating gloves or rubber insulating gloves and sleeves worn in accordance with paragraph (c)(2) of this section: (a) Jobsite- 226 Schrock Road, Garrett, PA: On or about August 3, 2019, employees working on live energized equipment were not insulated through the use of rubber insulating gloves while removing batteries.
