29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) Andersen's Sales & Salvage, Inc. 1490 E. 8th Street, Greeley, CO 80631: On and before October 12, 2017 the employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed. The employer operated machines with multiple energy sources such as, but not limited to, the MegaShredder model 88x112 M-Series hammer mill, and several cranes. The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed. This condition resulted in exposure to rotating parts, ingoing nip points, and amputation hazards.
