29 CFR 1910.178(i)(1): Concentration levels of carbon monoxide gas created by powered industrial truck operations exceeded the levels specified in 1910.1000: On or about December 16, 2014, and at times prior thereto, employees were operating a Toyota LPG powered Forklift (Model: 8FGCU15) inside an enclosed cooler to clean light fixtures, exposing employees to the hazards of carbon monoxide concentration levels in excess of 50 parts per million (ppm) during an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA).
