29 CFR 1926.753(d)(2)(i): Materials being hoisted shall be rigged to prevent unintentional displacement; a. On or about April 5, 2012 - at the above addressed jobsite, employees engaged in steel erection activities welded a lifting eye to a steel plate for hoisting purposes. The employees were thereby exposed to struck by hazards.
