29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2): Traffic control signs or devices, including signs, signals, markings, barricades, and other devices, used for protection of construction workers, did not conform to Part 6 of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices ("MUTCD"), incorporated by reference in 29 CFR 1926.6: Location - Interstate I91 Northbound, Exit 10A West Springfield, MA: On March 28, 2025, employees were exposed to vehicle struck-by hazards and the employer did not ensure the truck-mounted attenuator (TMA) was located at the appropriate position and distance upstream from the activity area, as per MUTCD section 6F.86.05, to provide a buffer space between the protective vehicle and workers.
