29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3):The employer began work without determining if employees could contact any part of an energized circuit and did not post warning signs and advise employees of the location of the circuit, hazards, and protective measures they need to take: (a) At the laundry room of the residence, located at 5611 Easy Street, Fort Myers Beach, Florida 33931, on or about 12/30/2024, employees involved in remodeling work were exposed to an electrocution hazard, in that; the employer did not determine whether electric power circuits could be contacted by employees during the performance of their work at the site.
