29 CFR 1926.451(d)(10): Ropes were not inspected by a competent person prior to each work shift and replaced if any physical damage impairing the function and strength of the rope existed: On or about 09/03/2024, at 5801 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working approximately 60 feet from a suspended scaffold due to wire ropes being corroded and not inspected by a competent person prior to each work shift.
