29 CFR 1910.177(g)(6): Tires on single piece rim wheels were not contained within a restraining device, positioned behind a barrier or bolted on the vehicle with the lug nuts fully tightened during tire inflation: (a) On or about August 5, 2024, in the yard, a restraining device was not utilized during the inflation of a KD1 Knight 11R24.5 single piece rim wheel tire, exposing employees engaged in tire service operations to struck-by hazards.
