29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(12):Ladders did not have nonconductive side rails when they were used where the employee or the ladder could contact exposed energized electrical equipment, except as provided in 1926.951(c)(1) of this part: On or about March 9, 2024, at the front yard of 4 Cannon Royal Dr, Key West, Florida, 33040, employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard while using an aluminum ladder to install light fixture on a palm tree that was within 10 feet of 7.97-kV overhead power lines.
