29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i):The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: a) Precision Strip, Inc. - Perrysburg, Ohio: On or about April 14, 2023, the employer did not train employees to utilize energy control procedures that would control hazardous energy sources of the equipment on line 905, blanker prior to employees clearing jams and inside the equipment, where energized conveyors/ conveyor flipper arms expose employees to caught in hazards.
