29 CFR 1926.454(b):The employer did not have each employee who was involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work: a) At the jobsite located at 1054 Seagrape Dr Ruskin, FL 33570; on or about 3/8/23, the employer exposed employees to 6'8" fall hazards, in that employees performing residential insulation installation from a mobile scaffold platform were not trained by a competent person to recognize hazards such as, but not limited to, ensuring wheel casters are locked to prevent movement.
