1926.964(a)(3)(i):When a pole is set, moved, or removed near an exposed energized overhead conductor, the employer did not ensure that the pole did not contact the conductor: a) 1400 block of Double Churches Road: On February 20, 2022, the employer exposed employees to electrocution hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that the pole did not contact energized conductors while employees were setting a pole near energized powerlines.
