29 CFR 1910.178(m)(1): Trucks were driven up to employees standing in front of benches or other fixed objects. Location: Facility Garage Area On or about January 30, 2023, an employee was struck by and caught between a flatbed truck and a machine attachment that was being hoisted by a CAT TH210 Telehandler while working and was fatally injured.
