29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about November 1, 2022: Employees engaged in outdoor sign installation activities at the Timberlake Outreach Center, located at 2107 East Locust St, Omaha, Nebraska, were exposed to fall hazards in that the employees were not using a fall restraint system while working from a JLG Boom Lift.
