29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed: a) At the rotary phase convertor for a center pivot, located at 11392 Turner Rd., Metter, GA, 30439, on or about August 4, 2022, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that the employer did not provide Personal Protective Equipment to employees performing electrical installations and maintenance.
