29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. The employer failed to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about May 13th, 2022, in Gretna, Nebraska 68028. Employees were conducting masonry operations and were exposed to unprotected hydro mobile scaffolding that was over heights of 10ft.
