At 1776 Cecos Lane, Arnold, MO 63010 - On April 11, 2022 and at times prior thereto employees were exposed to the unexpected energization of energy due to the employer not utilizing tags or locks for the isolation of energy, specifically the Vermeer TG7000 Tub Grinder s/n 1VRY4536361000128.
