29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees. a) Line four, located at 4700 Stalwart Drive, Fairburn, GA 30213, on or about February 16, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to caught-in, and amputation, in that the employer did not provide energy control training to employees while service the equipment that was suppose to be lock-out/tag-out.
